We take stock blades and customize them with a combination rocker radius tailored just for you. The combination radius can significantly improve your skating, even more than a traditional single custom radius. You no longer have to sacrifice speed for turning or vice verse, the combination radius maximizes the runner for top performance in all aspects of skating. This radius includes the initial skate sharpening as it is included with purchase of runners. If you are an existing No-Icing customer and know your blade specs, simply select them from the drop down menus and place your order. If you are a new customer, email us for an interview form so we can evaluate your skating and customize your radius and hollow for you. If you don't need to fill out an interview and know the settings you want, choose them from the menu and place your order. After you place this radius in the cart, you must go back and order the steel for your skates.

cutting edge craftsmanship & service
Great overall job on the blades I purchased and work put into them. Excellent radius selected by Bob for me. The take-off and turning ability is second to none.( granted I've never had this done before ) Definitely going to send in a second pair as soon as Bob heals. Awesome craftsmanship.

These guys sharpen blades very wel
The sharpening service in the local rinks is very hit or miss. We had a pro shop that was very good but they are now transitioning to new business ventures and are not available as before. I tried the skaterescue service and have been very pleased with their work. Skaterescue will be my main sharpening service in the future. Two thumbs up! Bob, good luck with rehab after your surgery!

I noticed right away the difference in glide and agility. I will definitly send my stock blades in for the same profile.

Completely different feel
Combination radius felt comfortable within the first few minutes of skating-improved power and turns are great. The enhanced glide takes a little getting used to as you will move right past your intended spot if you aren't paying attention.

I was very impressed with everything I received every step of the way. The custom profile I was given after filling out the questionnaire was extremely informative. The runners were excellent, the combination radius was superb, and my follow up questions were answered very quickly. Immediately noticed better glide and better lateral and turning movement.

custom radius
Took 2 drop-ins to get used to the cut. Now I'm flying everywhere. 8/12" combo med fwd pitch FBV 90/75 cut. I'm explosive off of my initial stride. Crisp cuts and even nastier dekes. Thanks Bob!

Perfect!
I bought a new pair of skates and wanted the blades to match my old pair. I filled out the questionaire and went with their suggestion. I will be sending in another pair to have them matched to give me a backup when I send these back for sharpening. The turnaround time was great. I had them on my doorstep within 5 days. I've been using this company for almost 10 years now and love the service. I highly recommend
