Product Description
Velocity runners are a highly polished version of the STEP stainless runners. The polishing hardens the edges as well as producing crisper edges. STEP is manufactured by a Canadian companies with many years of blade manufacturing experience. They use the highest quality materials and have mastered a proprietary process that delivers the best replacement steel on the market. This aftermarket steel is superior to stock steel. They holds edges longer and are less likely to break. Step runners are also 10% higher for longer sharpening life and better edge retention in turns. Price is per pair and includes initial sharpening. Radius not included. You must return to the shopping area and place your custom radius in the cart.
Note: We are a Custom Radius shop and normally only sell steel to customers who are getting a Custom Radius. If you just want steel we suggest you get them from another online store.

Very Pleased
I am extremely happy with these runners. The quality is obvious and they hold a sharpen far longer than stock. Combined with the 8'/12' combo radius that I had put on them they are exactly what I was hoping for. Totally worth the extra$$.

STEP Velocity & Z-Channel WOW
I got these last spring and had the combination profile plus the FBV 9/16 (1/2" hollow) and was really impressed. I changed to the FBV 5/8" hollow because I felt they were a little too sharp. I just tried the Z-Channel with the Z-C 4 (5/8" hollow) and cannot believe the difference. I've got great edge control like the 1/2" hollow without the feeling that the blades are too sharp. The Z-Channel at 5/8" hollow feels like I've got superior edge than the FBV at the same 5/8" hollow and I've got better glide. I will never go back to FBV much less conventional radius hollow. I am sold on Z-Channel. Thank you Bob.

High Quality Steel
I've only played twice using these Step Velocity blades but so far I'm impressed. I saw an definite improvement over the stock blades on my brand new Graf's.
