If you are sending in Black Carbon Steel like Tydan, Massive, Bauer LS5, or any other make that has DLC coating on the bottom of the blade, the cost to sharpen unsharpened new steel is $30. Do Not select the "I'm sending unsharpened steel" option, that is for stainless runners. What you need to do is select a radius on "Sharpened steel",  then select a "Unsharpened Steel Sharpening on Black DLC coated Runners you are sending in". here's that link:

Note STEP coated steel is not coated on the bottom so this doesn't apply to Steps, nor does it apply to CCM black steel, that is just painted, it's not DLC.
