Returns, Free Adjustment Policy, and Shipping
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies to hockey equipment, accessories, etc.
Sorry, no returns accepted on skate runners purchased with a custom radius. However, for first time customers, if within 30 days you do not like a radius/profile that we selected for you, we will gladly make one free adjustment to a different radius or profile, or return the runners to the factory stock radius at no charge. Free adjustments are not given for those who order and select their own radius, or for existing customers who want to experiment with different radius.
If you make a mistake and ordered the wrong runners for your skates those are absolutely not returnable.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there. are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Upon receiving proper payment, we will complete the order and ship the blades the following day by Priority Mail (or the method you chose). We prefer to send all blades by Priority Mail because this is the cheapest and fastest way. Coast to Coast in usually 3 days, and they deliver on Saturdays. Unlike other hockey web sites, we do not make any money on shipping or have handling charges. If you want UPS Ground or Over-nite service, that option is available for envelope packages only. For Fedex you have to fax or email us a label. Orders and your steel must be in by 3pm in order to be sent Over-nite. If you want to send us a prepaid shipping label, feel free to do so, again, if you are paying by credit card, your shipping address has to match your billing address. Also, be sure to select the signature required option, we do not ship without this. We can't be responsible for lost packages when UPS or Fedex leaves them outside on your steps or door. Please, do not send stamped envelopes! The post office will not allow us to put a stamped envelope of this weight in our mailbox, they require it be hand delivered to a person at the post office, and we just can't do this.

Free Adjustment Policy
We offer free radius adjustments only to first time radius customers who have completed our Profile Questionnaire Form and have tried a radius that WE recommended for them. If within 30-days you don't like the radius we chose for you, simply let us know what your symptoms are and we'll work with you to come up with a different set up.
Sorry, free adjustments are not for those who bypass our evaluation process and choose their own radius, nor for current or prior customers who want to experiment and try a different radius. For expirementors, we'll gladly answer your questions and help you choose a radius, but it does not qualify for free adjustments.
